"I would like to commend First Turn, Ivan Reeves (Service Mgr), Jake (Service Tech), and the sweet lady who checked me in for service on my 2008 Suzuki V-Strom DL1000 this morning (08/04/09). It was certainly the best service experience I've ever had at a motorcycle dealership (and I've been riding for a number of years now (Honda, Harley-Davidson, and now Suzuki)). I'm preparing for a ride through the Smoky Mountains and I wanted everything perfect for the trip. Ivan synched the throttle bodies, checked the TPS, checked butterfly adjustment, adjusted the throttle cables, checked the air filter, checked clutch adjustment, checked chain adjustment, adjusted shock pressure, and gave it a test ride to ensure perfection. Most important to me was that Ivan took the time to explain everything he did; he even showed me the throttle body synch on the manometer. The beast now runs perfectly. Service was fast, efficient, professionally done, and reasonably priced. I'm extremely pleased. The entire staff at First Turn is "first rate". "I had been looking for a 2006 Vulcan 750 for my husband for a while. I wanted to surprise him with the bike as a anniversary present. I happen to go to first turn's website and they had 2 of them. I filled out the information online. Curt got in touch with me right away. We filled out all the paperwork and got things rolling. He was very friendly, respectful, and knew his product. Curt knew i wanted to surprise my husband that day so one of the guys was running to new iberia and Curt said that he could drop it off. I was so excited. The guy dropped it off at a neighbors house. Don't remember the guy that dropped it off but he was very friendly and helpful also. When I got home we called my husband over and surprised him. He was thrilled to say the least. He has been riding it since that day. We rode together this weekend. It was a blast. Thanks Curt & first turn for helping me make my husband dream come true. I will recommend your store to everyone. "I could not be more please with the service that I have received from First Turn. First of all my husband and I showed up at 530pm closing time, thought it was 6, but Mrs Loretta and Curt stayed and showed us the bikes we were considering. The next day I returned and purchased a bike. The 2007 M50 Limited, the bike was still in the crate. I learned of it through one of the brochures Curt gave me the day before. Curt let me view the bike in the crate, I said ok, and it was ready for the road by 4 p.m. I say that is service. As far as the parts department they are second to none. They are always friendly and what's amazing they remember your name, that really make you feel at home. Guys keep up the excellent work."
